You say you want a Revolution

I saw Matrix: Revolutions today.

I don't know where the critics got their reviews from, especially if they gave the second one good reviews. The third Matrix was overall a better movie than the second. For one thing, it had a lot of really cool parallels with the first movie. You should know what I mean if you've see both. The way that they resolved things was just about the best way they could (everyone dies), and there are some really neat, very subtle things in the very last scene of the movie (so pay close attention and see what you can gather from it!) Also, there are a very lot of religious parallels, most of which are quite obvious.

There were a few not-so-good things, like the one scene when Zion has only two hours left and Neo has to do something important to save humanity (you know which one I mean) is WAY too drawn-out. Also, a few minor plot points involving the Oracle (who had to have a new actor thanks to the death of the old one) and Neo's status towards the beginning of the movie are pretty feeble. Oh well.

You should go see it if you haven't. (And everyone doesn't die, by the way.)
